Business Tax Prep
Business Tax Prep is my done-for-you tax preparation service for partnerships, multi‑member LLCs, S corporations, and C corporations that want entity returns handled accurately and on schedule. Pricing ranges from $400 to $2,500 based on the actual complexity of your books—not a mysterious formula you never see, with required state business returns included at no extra charge.
I start by reviewing your bookkeeping, payroll, and prior returns to understand how your company really operates. If I spot gaps or inconsistencies, I flag them and help you correct them before the return is filed, so you are not building this year's filing on top of last year's mistakes. My background in small business operations means I pay attention to ordinary business expenses, depreciation, officer compensation, partner distributions, and owner draws that are often mishandled.
For Partnerships and Multi-Member LLCs, I prepare the full Form 1065 and partner K-1s ($400 – $1,800), making sure income and deductions flow correctly to each owner. For S Corporations (Form 1120-S, $500 – $2,000) and C Corporations (Form 1120, $600 – $2,500), I handle the returns along with all the supporting schedules your industry typically needs. Throughout the process, I look for legitimate tax-saving opportunities that fit your situation, then explain them in clear terms so you can make informed decisions.
When the returns are ready, I walk you through the big picture: profit, taxable income, and what drove your final tax bill. You get secure e-filing, copies of all submissions, and practical guidance on estimated payments and record-keeping for the year ahead. With one experienced professional overseeing both your monthly bookkeeping (if you choose that service) and your business tax return, you get consistent treatment of your numbers and one person you can call anytime a tax question comes up.
