Each month, I pull in your bank activity, categorize every transaction, and reconcile your main account so your numbers actually match the bank. You receive clear Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, so you can see what you earned, what you spent, and where your cash is going without wrestling with spreadsheets or software.

Behind the scenes, I store your financial documents in a secure digital folder, organized and ready when you or your tax preparer need them. At year‑end, I put together a tidy tax package that summarizes your income and expenses, so an individual tax return or small business tax return can be prepared quickly and with fewer questions.

You can email me with bookkeeping questions anytime and I respond within two business days, so you are not left guessing how to record something new. The plan also includes an annual review call where I walk you through your numbers, point out trends, and answer your "What does this mean for taxes?" questions in plain English.

If you start to outgrow the Starter plan-more accounts, more invoices, or sales tax needs-you can move up to a Growth or Premier plan without losing any history or having to train someone new. The same person who set up your books continues to care for them month after month, giving you continuity, clarity, and more time to focus on the work you actually enjoy.
